Khan

I actually did a lot of preparatory work on this character before doing this coloured version- black and white sketches to get comfortable with his face because I never really got into the idea of transferring sketches to drawing paper with graphite paper or pantographs.... since I never had the need to! *Insert foolish laugh*

I tried too much here- using a reference that was different from the original, colouring with pencil crayon, cross-hatching- way too much. I consider myself lucky that I managed to retain a resemblance to the actor in all of this. It's supposed to be Khan Noonien Singh from the episode 'Space Seed' of the original Star Trek series.
